I just turned 65 and am already in good shape. I exercise very consistently and got the Nighttrainer protein to help me with sleep. (which it has) but I was really surprised when I found that in the first week of taking Nighttrainer I gained 3 pounds of muscle! It also increased my energy levels and stamina. I can't wait to see what happens when I keep taking this.

Not chalky like most products on the market. I mix it with 8 oz. of non fat milk, tastes just like a Wendy's frosty, without the calories. Delicious product.....MUST TRY!...
