What is Google Checkout
With Google Checkout, you can quickly and easily buy from WellnessPartners.com and many other stores across the web.
If you’ve used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us.
If you’re using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information once to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase. There's no need to re-enter your purchase information or create multiple usersnames and passwords each time you buy.
When you buy with Google Checkout, you can track all your orders in one place and shop with confidence knowing that Google protects you from unauthorized purchases.
Order Processing Expectations
What Every Customer Should Know
We greatly appreciate your business and want you to know how we will handle your order. If we are able to properly communicate to you, your expectations will be in line with our efforts. Wellnesspartners fulfills approximately 95% of it's own orders through our warehouse and fulfillment center. The remaining 5% of orders are fulfilled directly by one of our suppliers. In either case, all orders are downloaded from our system at around 9AM, Pacific time, and are sent to be processed by one or the other of the fulfillment centers.
The end result is that orders placed today are shipped tomorrow, if tomorrow is not Saturday, Sunday or a mailing holiday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are shipped on the following Monday, unless it is a holiday. Please understand that if you order on a Thursday and request "overnight shipping", your order will ship on Friday, but not be received until Monday. UPS and DHL do not deliver on Saturday. PLEASE NOTE ...Due to rececent changes with our overnight delivery courier that some remote locations aren't available for that service. Should your area be outside the delivery zones, then your package will go out USPS and you'll receive the appropriate credit.
There are situations when a customer needs an order to ship as soon as possible. In some cases, you can contact us by telephone and let one of our customer service reps know that you need the order processed the same day. If we are able to accommodate your request (e.g., we have enough time to meet our daily shipping deadline), we are more than pleased to process your order manually.
